讓早晨慢一點,讓心輕一點
Slow Your Morning, Lighten Your Heart
每個人對「幸福」的定義可能都不太一樣,
但有一點,我想我們都能同意
幸福不是一種永遠不變的狀態。
它像海浪一樣,有起有落。也正是因為如此,高潮時刻才會讓人感到特別珍貴。低潮的時候,提醒我們要感恩那些美好的瞬間。
所以,我開始練習去觀察,是什麼讓我感到快樂?又是什麼悄悄地消耗了我的能量?
We all might have a different definition of happiness. But I think we can agree on one thing :
”happiness is not a constant state” .
It comes in waves, with highs and lows, and maybe that’s what makes it so special. The low moments remind us how good the highs feel.
That’s why I try to pay attention to what lifts me up and what brings me down.
What moments, people, or activities make me feel light?
And what drains that joy without me even noticing?

也許是一束從窗戶灑進來的陽光,
也許是你走進孩子房間,輕聲說的那句「早安」,
或是磨豆時飄來的咖啡香,
放著一首讓人心情平靜的音樂,
還有毛小孩靠過來的一個擁抱。
這些小小的時刻,其實都很重要。

It can start the second you open your eyes.
That ray of sunlight slipping through the curtain.
The quiet moment when you whisper “good morning” to your child.
The smell of coffee beans while you’re preparing your first cup.
Soft music playing in the background.
A cuddle from your dog or cat.
These little things… they matter more than we think.
明天早上,不妨慢一點,靜靜地感受一下。
注意這些生活的細節,看看它們帶給你什麼樣的感覺。
也許,這就是屬於你的幸福開始。
So tomorrow morning, slow down a little, notice how you feel.
And let these quiet details bring a little light to your day.
